Also acted as author and editor of company-wide policies and procedures manual and completed various special projects for the Executive Vice President and General Manager. Also responsible for all eleven onsite concession operators representing over 400 employees (negotiated transactions and contracts, and oversaw the design, construction and start up of each business.) General Manager for on-site concession operations for Pacific Photo Express.

Practice concentrated in municipal bond and industrial development revenue bond issues. Represented issuers, commercial banks, corporate trust departments, underwriters and developers. Practice also included commercial lease transactions, business acquisitions and sales, healthcare financing, multi-family housing financing, administrative law, securities law, real estate, general corporate law, and downtown redevelopment and enterprise zone transactions.
